Terms of Service - Emoji Statistics

By using the Emoji Statistics discord bot you are accepting the Terms of Service. You will promise to not violate any rules of the Terms of Service.
This bot is owned and created by Jonas Becker.

• You will not use the discord bot for any illegal activities. This includes illegal activities in your country as well as Germany, the country of the hoster of the discord bot.
• You will not use the discord bot to violate Discord's ToS or Community Guidelines. You can read them here: https://discord.com/terms
• Your access to the bot may be removed at the sole discretion of me, the bot owner.
• You will not produce or publish or distribute any copies of the discord bot or its code.

There is no guarantee that the tracked emoji data of the bot is 100% accurate, gapless or even correct.
There exists no guarantee about your data being stored forever or for at least 30 days. This even is the case, if you are using the premium edition of Emoji Statistics, even though I will do my absolute best to never make such data reset necessary.
Since it is included in the Premium Edition of Emoji Statistics, you can be sure to have your data stored for as long as the Patreon tier is active. However, if it seems reasonable, the bot owner may decide to delete your data anyway or kick you out of the premium program.
